The company’s customers who have sent their contact information through the form are in the register.
3. Purpose of personal data
The personal information collected is used to record, deliver, invoice, develop a customer relationship and fulfill statutory accounting obligations.
4. Personal data to be stored in the register
The customer register contains the following information: customer’s name, local address, postal code, post office, e-mail address, telephone number and information about the ordered products, delivery method and payment method.
5. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to check what information about him or her has been stored in the personal data register. A written request for inspection must be sent signed to the person responsible for registration matters.
The right of inspection is free of charge up to once a year.
The data subject has the right to request the correction or deletion of incorrect or outdated data or the transfer of data from one system to another. He also has the right to restrict or object to the processing of his data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU Data Protection Regulation.
The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her prior consent to the processing of data or to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority concerning matters relating to the processing of his or her personal data.
The data subject also has the right to prohibit the use of his data for direct marketing purposes.

The register collects information about the person themselves.
7. Regular disclosures and processors of personal data
The information is processed by a company employee who handles e-commerce orders and contacts. For billable sales, the customer’s information is stored in the company’s records, which are processed by an external accounting firm. In other respects, the information is not regularly disclosed outside the company.
8. Duration of processing
Personal information will be kept for as long as it is needed to fulfill the agreement with the customer, to develop customer service or to fulfill a statutory requirement.
9. Data transfer outside the EU
Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
10. Automatic decision making and profiling
We do not use the information for automatic decision making or profiling.
